Terms of service.
Effective: the date you accept them. Plain-language summary: use the service in good faith, we'll keep it running in good faith, nobody does anything silly with the data.
Note. These terms are a working draft. Final, signable terms will ship alongside K-Radar's general availability. Enterprise customers can request a mutual NDA and custom agreement today — email admin@bitcd.cloud.
1. The service
bitcd.cloud provides AI-operated DevOps software ("the Service"). During private beta, the Service is provided as-is, and we may change or pause features while we learn from design partners.
2. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for the actions anyone takes from inside your workspace. You can export or delete your workspace at any time — we do not hold your data hostage.
3. Acceptable use
Don't use bitcd to operate infrastructure you don't have authority over; don't attempt to exfiltrate other tenants' data; don't weaponize our agents for automation that violates someone else's terms of service. We reserve the right to suspend workspaces that do.
4. Your data
Customer data is yours. We process it to provide the Service and for nothing else. We do not train foundation models on your customer data. See the privacy notice for specifics.
5. Uptime & support
We target 99.9% uptime at general availability. During private beta, best-effort support is provided via Slack Connect and email. A formal SLA ships with paid tiers at GA.
6. Fees
Beta workspaces are free. Paid tiers are billed per cluster under management, monthly or annual. You can cancel any time; unused time on annual plans is refunded pro-rata.
7. Liability
Our total liability under these terms is limited to the fees you've paid us in the last 12 months. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Changes
If we change these terms materially, we'll email you at least 30 days beforehand. Continued use after that period means you accept the new terms.
